About Camp Mo
WHY CAMP MO IS DIFFERENT
I never thought a tennis ball would work in a baseball scenario but when i did my first session back in 2021 it proved it was a good idea. Baseball is about using your eyes to watch everything that goes on in the game. Wether its your "eye on the ball" when your batting, catching, or fielding, you constantly have to see the ball.
For kids a bright ball is the best way to go to get them to pay attention . So using drills with bright equipment and shirts will get them to be more attentive.
Drills are easy for kids but are also challenging. Using cones to get them used to agility work outs.
Most importantly make sure they have fun and make sure they understand that hard work pays off.
The goal: empower leaders. change bad habits. create confidence
